I chair the housing committee of a New York City community board and serve on the land use committee and I project with very high confidence that our CB will not express any need to “review” whether apartments that are converted to be legal and safe may be occupied

@richmintz It’s obvious that for housing, the progressive solution is to have higher levels of government mandate the change so that lower levels who are change averse cannot object.
