INTERESTING And DEPRESSING: Dassehra is the season for ‘gifting’: in politics, the best gift is a WASHING MACHINE! You would have thought a World Cup winner like @iamyusufpathan would not need much more than the love, affection (and prize money) from millions of fans. (Hate to say I told you so but had revealed this ‘deal’ 4 months ago on Neta Nagri on @TheLallantop )🙏

Sweet deal after joining NDA! Plot of land adjacent to Pathan family home in Vadodara that Yusuf Pathan had wanted since 2012 and was embroiled in a long legal/admin battle will finally be his. ndtv.com/india-news/vad…

THE WHY IS THE STORY. Yusuf Pathan sought a municipal plot in Vadodara in 2012. The proposal was rejected by the Gujarat government in 2014. In 2024, the BJP-controlled VMC served him an encroachment notice. The land was valued at ₹20.5 crore. Now, two months after he quit TMC, Gujarat proposes to GIFT him 500 sq m and sell him another 478 sq m at a 45% discount. What changed? Why should a disputed public plot be gifted to a politician on such sweet terms?

@anindanet Humare yha ye wala pyaz hi nhi aarha

@Cockroachisback Same Kejri type tricks 😂

@bekhayalime Was it funny?? No seriously

In 2026, America targeted 4 countries with tariffs: Chile 🇨🇱 Spain 🇪🇸 France 🇫🇷 India 🇮🇳 All four opposed the tariffs and tried to reduce their dependence on US. Just months later, all 4 started facing protests against Govt & in all four, students are the main target of protests. Coincidence? You decide.

Wake me up when any other Asian cities have this aura ♥️✨ #kolkata

Dear Indian origin/American leaders in the US, @satyanadella, @sundarpichai, @ArvindKrishna, @nikesharora, @nealmohan, @MicronCEO, @JayZscaler, @kunalb11, @RamaswmySridhar, @AravSrinivas, @ThomasOrTK, @LeenaNairHR, @snarayen, @VivekGRamaswamy, @RepBera, @CongressmanRaja, @RepSuhas @Kash_Patel It is high time you all speak up against the despicable, dangerous racism and hate against Indians on American social media. And do something about it as Tech CEOs and political leaders. The despicable, dehumanizing hate against Indians is being spread everywhere - Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube, Reddit, Telegram... Staying silent and not doing anything anymore - as more young people in the US are radicalized to hate Indians using social media - may one day lead to our own family and friends having to face such racist, radicalized, violent, supremacists. American social media platforms are being used by adversarial actors to specifically target Indians in the US. They are seeding racism and hate using violent words and dehumanizing imagery, programming many Americans to become racist and hateful - specifically against Indians. May be it is being done to drive out Indians, attack India for geopolitics, or try erode India-US ties. But it is real, relentless and extreme form of communist hate that's being seeded. There's no reason why, you all as stalwarts of silicon valley and politics can't get together, talk about this crisis, and take action to end ALL hate and racism on social media. It shouldn't be that difficult in the age of AI to filter out, block racist and hate filled comments against any community, isn't it. How come this is not being proposed and implemented across SV companies? And why isn't any of you speaking out against this increasing online hate and racism against Indian Americans and Indians? Among all mentioned above, till now only @CongressmanRaja has talked about the topic of online hate and the recent attempted mass shooting. Please start talking among yourselves, even if not publicly, and kindly take some action 🙏

To all the beautiful young patriots in India: This is not the time to be silent. @abhijeet_dipke and the @Cockroachisback are being funded by donors in the U.S. who are against Prime Minister @NarendraModi and your future under his leadership. Do not fear, my young patriots. Your Prime Minister, who has served India for 25 years, 12 years as Prime Minister, elected three consecutive terms, is not going to bow to disruptive forces from my country. And these select donors have a pattern globally - target conservative global leaders, find an U.S. educated person from the country, radicalize them, send them back to the country, and fund them to start chaos and destruction. None of them have been successful but have impacted the development and governance of the country. It is time for a new voice in #India, born, raised, educated on the soil of India, to RISE UP, organize, and peacefully protest the disruptive spirit of the Cockroach Party. There should always be a counter movement to uphold democracy and freedom. Rise up, young patriots! Rise up!

If LTCG and STT on equities are reduced, it would mark the first tax relief for retail investors under the Modi government since 2014 Budget 2018 - Introduction of LTCG tax at 10% Budget 2024 - STCG raised from 15% to 20% - LTCG raised from 10% to 12.5% Budget 2026 - STT on Futures raised by 150% - STT on Options raised by 50%
