But this time I didn't even get the product even after complaining your cs team. When I contacted back to the cs team I got the reply they can not do anything other than recreating the complaint coz it's into @delhivery bucket. @amazonIN @amazon

Dear @amazon @amazonIN Whenever I order any heavy items from your app at the time of delievery your delivery agent mark the delivery status without even attempting and I always gets the product only after calling your customer support.
