USDT suppliers in RNT Lend are earning 12% APY. That interest comes from borrowers. They post tokenized real estate as collateral, borrow stablecoins and pay interest every block on Polygon. The difference between the borrow rate and the supply rate goes to the protocol reserve. The rate is variable and depends on utilization. Right now the USDT market is around 95% borrowed.

The RNT DAO votes on the decisions that change the protocol: which collateral gets listed in RNT Lend, how treasury funds are used, what gets burned and what gets built. Every proposal is public on Aragon, on Polygon. So far two came from the community, a 100k $RNT burn and a 3M $RNT development plan. Both were executed.

Selling a tokenized property used to mean waiting for the building to sell. On RNT P2P the holder lists the tokens, sets the price and waits for another holder to take the offer. Protocol fees in RNT DeFi are not distributed continuously. They are distributed in cycles. Each cycle runs one month. The protocol captures fees during it, and at the end they are split among xRNT holders in proportion to what each one holds. So staking is not a rate anyone promises. It is a share of what the protocol actually earned that month.
