Issue 7) I wait the two days, but hear nothing from @BTCare so phone. guess what? Ryan and Manager were mistaken it really is 5 working days to get a ‘bridge case’ sorted. Kaitlyn is apologetic but the ‘that’s the process’ and nothing can be done about it

Issue 6) I explain the issues to @BTCare Ryan and Manager up in Dundee who promises me that he has escalated the issues and it’s going to be sorted in 2 working days. Ryan confirms I’m still paying for the missing broadband 👎 #BTSUCKS

Issue 5)I’m notified by @plusnethelp that there’s a problem with my new order because @BTCare still have an order open. Finally get BT to confirm there is a problem with the cease order. Great can we get that sorted please, sure sir that’s going to take 5 working days! #BTSUCKS

NEVER EVER EVER will I become a customer of @BTCare . I didn’t think that transferring my broadband and would be the most stressful part of moving. Issue 1) was told to leave modem at my old address INCORRECT #BTSUCKS
