@TaigaLily_ @SmoanOfficial Chill, why are you being so defensive lol

I'm seeing a lot of discourse about who WoW Forever is being made for and while I cannot speak for anyone else on the team I can speak for myself. I am making WoW forever for the classic gamer and for the millions of people who have had their accounts lapse over the years because they were not satisfied with changes that were made to the game. Whether those changes were to the art style, the story, social aspects, game design, or changes to their favorite class. I did not spend the last year of my life relearning and mastering how to do things like we did it 20+ years ago for retail players. I could have taken it easy and just kept doing things like I had done for the past 8 years on retail...because I was much more familiar with it and it actually takes a lot less time to do (height maps on textures do a ton of heavy lifting). Because the reality is that the majority of retail players wouldn't care and would probably actually prefer it. But I felt I had a duty to uphold an artistic vision and integrity that millions of people expect from us. But not just for our players, but for my co-workers past and present who worked on it over 20 years ago. If I could not create something that resembled their work then I failed not only them...but myself. Please do not take this as me throwing any shade at retail players or the retail team because I am one myself...but I wanted to make Forever as authentic of a Vanilla experience as possible. This involves making decisions wildly different than retail. It means holding the line against changes that create a domino affect down the road. It means keeping friction and inconveniences in the game. It means finding friends and forming groups with strangers and being social!! Because WoWs social aspects have always been the pillar of the game and over the years it has slowly been chiseled away at with changes that allow you play alone. Since the day I started working on the Riverglades I have lived by three sayings. "Convenience is the death of the journey." "If you're making a game for everyone then you're making it for no one." "Every change we make incurs a debt to the authenticity of the game and sooner or later that debt will be paid." These are my core beliefs and I had a specific group of people I was targeting with my work. These beliefs cannot be shaken and I will try to hold the line against anything that goes against them and will continue to pester the team about things that feel out of place. That being said, my hope is that Forever will pull in as many people as possible, whether you are a retail gamer, a classic gamer, someone who hasn't played in years, or even a new player. I hope you can all remember what made this game so special in the first place and that starts with understanding why we are so passionate about keeping it authentic.

@LRB_LoL Waaaaaw mais quel classement éclaté 😭

@JAYGAMING029 Finished it for the first time last week and I had a great time ! I wouldn't call it a masterpiece but definitely a game to play.

@SynthPotato On steam the reviews are mid... Mainly due to many bugs and crashes it seems :(

@MichaelDoesLife Who cares ?

@its_hritwikraj People love to complain about literally anything BUT playing the game. Do I like the 64€ Additional Skins in the shop? No. Do i care about them being there? No I don't as i don't get an upsell and because they are optional. People are just whiny for no reasons it seems.

@JakeSucky @CohhCarnage Cohh of course !

@deadzach44 @IbaiLlanos T'as juste été con cette fois, accepte le et passe à autre chose

The only way to get the best gear for keys is by killing last 2 bosses on mythic. You literally can not do high keys unless you are farming last 2 bosses in raid and being fed gear. Last 2 bosses for most specs have anywhere from 5-7 item slots. Thats 5-7 items that are 9 (?) ilvl higher than anything els you can acquire in game. That is so much power. Literally no point in trying to do keys unless youre a HOF raider. If this change goes live like this and you enjoy wow for high keys and do not enjoy raiding. Just save your time and energy and go do something better with your time go play another game there is no reason to play the game.

@MyWestLord You've not rebuilt GTA VI, you've just grabbed a bunch of AI slop clips and put them together.

@Elkafiros @TubeGauchiste On parle de 15 CHF, pète un coup.

@Naowhxd If we don't have an evoker as a guardian druid, can we meld and then go through with Prowl ?

@wyalucid It's called having privacy.

@AtnsXBT name ?????

@The_MOE_Dome @animeposts If others can influence what you like that easily, it reflects on you—not on them.

I'd like to share a very important update about the future of the Library of Ohara. I'd appreciate if you could give it a read if you have the time (TL;DR summary at the end): I'll try to keep this as brief as I can, but unfortunately The Library of Ohara is at a very real risk of having to shut down in the future. For starters, on the good side, I'd like to say real quick that my health over the past few months has been slowly recovering. I have a long way to go but I'm slowly improving and getting better. I still have a long way to go as I'm still suffering a lot from symptoms, but I'm trying to take it slowly. Unfortunately though, this health relapse has made things quite difficult for me recently as the increased medical costs have also taken a hole in my finances, and being able to work less has caused my earnings to plummet considerably too. The issue is that this comes during a period of time in which views for One Piece videos have been considerably decreasing over the past year or two across the entire platform. This isn't a phenomena limited to just my channel, but one I've discussed with creators of all sizes and places, from creators with over a million subs to creators from places like France or Spain. Other people have made better explanations on the subject, but we largely believe that the YouTube algorhythm is being oversaturated with low quality and AI generated content that has caused a lot of our collective views to decrease over time. And while I'd like to think I'm not one to obsess over views, this has had a real effect on the earnings of my channel, to the point I've been secretly producing the Library of Ohara at a loss (losing more money than I make just from survival costs alone) for the past couple years. Thanks to the savings I've built up over the time it was profitable, I've been able to get away with losing money so far, but now coupled with the rising costs my health has taken, it's not becoming sustainable anymore. I don't like having to ask this, but if you are able to help out, I would appreciate if you considered pledging to my Patreon to help keep the Library of Ohara sustainable. Of course, if you yourself are struggling as well, please don't worry, but if you can afford it and would like to help content like mine continue to be made, I'd appreciate if you could help out during this difficult time! For those who pledge to my Supernova tier or higher ($10 a month), you can get early access to the Interactive One Piece World Map Project. This is a massive project I've been working on for the past 5 years to make a fully interactive map of the world with an incredible level of detail and extensive features to help you learn more about this beautiful world. The map will be available for free as an open resource for the community at some point in the near future, but you can access it right now by pledging to the aforementioned tier! Link to Patreon can be found in my Twitter bio! I'm really sorry about having to ask help like this, but I would like to keep betting on making high quality content and special projects like this one rather than start creating low quality entertainment like YouTube now increasingly demands. And again, even if you can't help, just being there for me this whole time has been an incredible honor. Thank you for being there with me on this journey and I hope that you can find all the joy in your life as well! TL;DR: My current health issues and difficulties over YouTube's oversaturation of low quality content have made it difficult for the Library of Ohara to remain sustainable long term. If you are able to help out, I would be very grateful if you could help support my content through Patreon, and you can get access to my Interactive World Map Project early through it! Thank you for all your support!!

@MontCorvo_Off Bon faut aller se faire foutre au bout d'un moment quand même.

@Domeniuss @netflix This new animation isn't for you, it's for all the people that did not started yet.

@ArcanePorom @WarcraftDevs This graph tells you absolutly nothing... % of played class plays a big role.
