JUST IN: The man who stopped the school shooting in Bend, Oregon, has been identified as 36-year-old Kalub Giamanco. Giamanco, a carpenter, was reportedly driving home for lunch when he heard gunshots. After hearing the gunshots, Giamanco, who has a concealed carry permit, followed the suspect into the school. He then shot and killed 16-year-old John J Griffin moments after the teen opened fire into a special education classroom. Giamanco, who has two children of his own who attend the school, is family friends with one of the victims, a 7-year-old who uses a wheelchair and was shot in the face. The 7-year-old survived and is in the hospital. Three children at Silver Rail Elementary School were killed. Their ages are 5, 8, and 11. According to Giamanco's brother, Giamanco doesn't feel like a hero because he feels guilty for not being able to save more children. You are a hero, Kalub.
I keep saying imma go to sleep in a few minutes but it’s been like 3 days

They should invent a credit card that you don’t have to pay off
@BillyClineTV @garaa_arc Sounds like it was fortunately only temporary for you?
@DesoxynSUD Interesting. I think the fact that any amount of it can be neuroprotective would shock most ppl lol. But glad to see you challenging that dude’s dismissal with real evidence. Wish we saw more of that around the internet.
@DesoxynSUD A stroke is an nTBI, non-traumatic brain injury meaning caused by internal factors. It’s a type of ABI. A TBI is caused by an external force to the body/head.
@DesoxynSUD I’m also happy to look further into this after work/class is over for me. I’ve read that the hypertension caused by meth and its other effects increase stroke mortality compared to non-users. But definitely open to being wrong here. Either way, appreciate your research/discussion
@DesoxynSUD Your prior comment seemed to be about lower mortality in meth-related strokes. TBI and stroke are different injuries, so the numbers don’t directly transfer. Do you have anything more specific on stroke outcomes, or was the TBI data meant as a related neuroprotection example?(2/2
@worshipme7777 I admire people who feel empathy for a spider. As far as im concerned that thing is an alien war criminal
