En los últimos 6 años🗓️ (sin contar 2024) han sido sancionados 483 elementos de la SSP🚓, por diversas faltas. Las sanciones según la Ley del Sistema Estatal de Seguridad Pública son: Arresto🚨, amonestación😤, suspensión hasta por 90 días🚫 y remoción👋

@FGE_Veracruz @CuitlahuacGJ 3) La defensa de Winckler tiene en curso varias acciones para que este segundo proceso se desactive ya que, de origen, acarrea los mismos vicios de improvisación política que el primero. Parece cuestión de tiempo para que el exfiscal recupere su libertad. ***
2)Winckler seguirá preso porque, hace unos días, y ante la derrota que la @FGE_Veracruz ya anticipaba porque su caso no se sostenía, el gobierno de @CuitlahuacGJ se movió para obtener de manera exprés una nueva orden de arresto con el exfiscal por una supuesta tortura...
