Worst service from @RoyalMail . Fast track service just comes out for delivery but doesn't deliver the order. Customer service is stupid. They keep us wait for half an hour. And then just hung up the phone on face, just because they couldn't help. Disappointed with this.

To bring in notice parcel arrived in Mumbai on 19th October since then @DHLExpressIndia is just calling and mailing me the same shit again and again. Don't know what to do. All my money is gone. @DHLExpressIndia isn't this wrong way to earn ?

They are telling me Returning back to origin will cost you more than the overall cost. They can't remove the product and let parcel go, they can't help me with the Cha source. @DHLExpressIndia apart from wasting time and money what can you do for your customers? To be continued

I asked @DHLExpressIndia and @mumbaicus1 @mumbaicus3 to remove the product that is causing the problem and give a go ahead to rest of parcel as it is a gift. With my return permission. But they can't, because then how will they earn money? To be continued ...

I couriered a parcel from Uk to India, containing a birthday gift. In which without proper information I put in a silver chain of which value was something around 15 pounds. And @mumbaicus1 @mumbaicus3 held it for precious metal and did not clear. @DHLExpressIndia to be continued
