“His shadows had fled, the room brightening. The entire world brightening, as it always did in her presence.” - ch 6 “The world is dimming, they cautioned. The winter dark closes in on all sides.” - ch 23 His light went away to Vallahan (winter) and the darkness returned 😭😭

“The world dimming. The winter dark closes in on all sides” His light fled to Vallahan. He’d find Elain. i’m sick

Yes, Azriel, you will find Elain. The foreshadowing of this is so clear. Not “go to elain” He would FIND Elain. #elriel #acotar #acosh

“Find me when you wish to begin.” Find me. Find… “He’d find Elain.”

“For not grasping what was so very obvious” LIKE SJM IS TALKING DIRECTLY TO THAT SIDE LMAOOOOO I still cannot get over that line. I cannot wait for her interviews.

Almost done with the book now and can admit fully that Elriel’s endgame here. There’s no way around it. And how the characters are being set up plus Az’s MMC LI quotes about Elain? I think there’s no doubt now at this point.

@kitapokurkiz The audacity of saying that Gwynriel is endgame, I know the book hasn't even been released yet, but the whole thing has been leaked, what book have they read?

"(Elain) clipped away withered brown snarls of thorns, tossing them aside until she found another bloom clinging to life, then snipped that one, too. Twin piles grew at her feet: one of dead things, the other of delicate life. One hideous and sharp, the other soft and gentle."

😭 I can’t get over how much Elriel’s scenes revolve around consent. The emphasis on them saying “yes” to each other, especially Elain choosing Azriel of her own free will and even being the one to take the initiative in moving things forward physically

the way these two are going to destroy my emotional stability

Gw*nriels really got SJM out of hiding because BB’s (almost fired) intern accidentally reposted ‘Gw*nriel endgame’ TikTok vid and SJM took one look at that and said HELLL NAWWWW!!! And posted about ‘out of context’ moments 🤣🤣🤣 and they are STILL in denial!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lmfao SJM really copied it 😭😭😭

"dark is needed to appreciate the light, and light is needed to appreciate the dark" "now they are seeking to rebalance, and perhaps koschei is the instrument of that"
