@nycgov the HRA system needs a serious overhaul. I dare you to try and reach a human by phone. I don't know about you, but waiting over 5 HOURS on hold and then getting disconnected seems wrong.

The bullet strike went into the body of the Tesla itself. There was also some damage to the rubber molding. Police moved it around to try and locate any projectiles.
