@Ryanair were waiting for a delayed flight at Krakow airport flying to stanstead. You’ve issued vouchers to get a drink. None of the outlets will take them because they don’t have a scanner to verify the vouchers and don’t get reimbursed. I’m thirsty 🙄

@JustEatUK the person I’m negotiating a refund from can’t send me the part of the policy that says he can’t give me a full refund. Is there anyone out there than could?

@JustEatUK I did order from you once before and vowed not to again! How do I speak to someone so I can complain again?

@HMRCcustomers my mother has received a tax rebate via help your tax ltd and they’ve deducted over half of the amount. At no time has she asked for this service and it’s disgusting when a pensioner struggling to pay her bills has this money basically snatched off her. Help! 😡

@HMRCcustomers You must have the details as you handed my mothers details over to them! Also I believe there has been news items about this happening once before? I don’t think I do need their signature

@HMRCcustomers Why do we need to get a signature from them? We’ve never asked for their input. Can you give contact details please and could you give me your complaints department’s email address please?

I used their chat thing, the last conversation on 10th August they said they would sort it all out. (Screen shots taken) We are still getting emails wanting money. I can’t seem to get anywhere, my concern is bailiffs turning up!!! Is there anyone who can actually sort this out?

@ThreeUKSupport hello! Just wondering if someone could advise please? We retuned our hub/router to three in April, after spending ages on the phone (which we recorded) actually finding out how to do this. We were still getting emails saying they wanted our monthly payment so

@TicketmasterUK rubbish! Had Maneskin tickets for Brixton, circle unreserved seats. Rescheduled for o2. I just want to know the location I will be sitting or if I will be standing at the o2. Have tried to contact the several times and just get automated replies. Any suggestions?

@TicketmasterCS So I will hear sometime before May 2023 😂 Are the tickets for the o2 all paper based? Not e-tickets? If they are e-tickets I should be able to give you my details and you pop them into a computer and that should give you the information! 🙂

@TicketmasterCS I have tried that, I have received 3 replies today saying I have got an enquiry open so they have closed it! The o2 tickets have already gone on sale, yet people with Brixton tickets haven’t been given any seating/standing details. How do I escalate this?

I realise I only actually have about 5 real people who follow me on here (4 of which are family) 😂

@TicketmasterUK @thisismaneskin What is happening to those who had tickets to the Brixton. Tried to contact Ticketmaster but getting fobbed off. No one been in touch or seem to be able to just tell me where I might be sitting at the o2.
