At isa na namang client ng Tonik ang mawawala dahil sa pagiging incompetent ng Customer Service nila. I thought it was a myth, then I experienced it first-hand.

Hello, @Intellicare. I literally experienced an agent na sumagot ng "Hello, Intellicare" then just left me kasi I can still hear the background noise. Then after 7 minutes of me asking "Hello, still there?" I heard the agent put down the phone. :)

At bedtime the 8 yo told me his teacher said: “Think of your mind like a pond full of fish and each fish is a feeling. Try to be the pond, not the fish.” And all I can say is primary school has significantly improved.

I’m really sick of the idea that as “adults” we have to give up everything that is fun, like cosplay and video games and collecting toys. Most of us can only just start affording those things in our late 20’s/30’s.

@talk2GLOBE hello, is there a problem with Globe at Home prepaid wifi? I'm in Makati and since coming home from last night at 10, there's no internet. Kakaload ko lang nito this Feb 21 and may GB left pa. Need urgent help kasi sayang ang bayad. Thanks!

Does that babackout muli spoiled brat actually want to run a country or napipilitan lang siya sa power hungry feeling royalty niyang Nanay?

This is exactly it. Alam na alam ng mga Marcos kung paano paiikutin ang batas. May halong kaalaman sa technicalities, saktong pang-iimpluwensya na nakamask as unintentional delay, etc. Di ba nakakakilabot marealize na alam na alam nila ang formula?

Hi @talk2GLOBE. I'm expecting a call from a Cust service representative to terminate my plan, but only after 1 RING of my call notif, the call gets dropped. I can't even pick up the call! My signal is good (I can use 4G+ mobile data). I need to confirm the plan termination ASAP.

I know it is tempting to exhaustedly lament that we have learned nothing (absolutely nothing) from this plague but if you would just calm down and think rationally you will recognize that slowly but surely from this plague we are learning the letters of the Greek alphabet.
