Love all of Liverpool’s Parks. Visited many as a child with mum and dad. I remember running through many and the great sessions we had in them with Liverpool Harriers. Good Time. Beautiful Parks.

Morning sunrise from the Mattapoisett wharf. A beautiful morning to be out running. It has been 3 months since I strained my left adductor and it’s been a long slow process. Hopefully I’ll be back to normal soon. It felt good 33 minutes on a cool brisk 26 degree morning.
