ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ನೆರವು ಕೇಳುವವರನ್ನು ಅನುಮಾನಿಸಿ ನೋಡಲಾಗದು. ಹಾಗೆಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರ ತಪ್ಪಲಾಗದು. ಹೆಸರು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಳಂಕ ಹಚ್ಚುವ ವಂಚಕರಿಂದ ತೊಂದರೆ ತುಸು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿಯೇ ಬಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರದ ಸರಕಾಗಿಯೂ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. (1/2)
