@Verizon @VerizonSupport @VerizonSupport helped me out. Got the credit immediately and they also signed me up for a current promotion.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport continues to surprise with their TERRIBLE customer service. I've called 4 times; each time, they have reassured me that the disputed charges will be removed or credited. Each time, NOTHING HAPPENS. What is the point of having a customer service number?

Hey @lufthansa @lufthansa_USA You have been holding my wife's bag hostage at the Austin Bergstrom Airport for 2 weeks. We see it locked up with other lost baggage outside your office but NO ONE ever works at this office so we can get it!! Help!!

⁦@MoviePass⁩ is a disaster. I was literally standing inside the building and it would not let me check into the movie. Contacted customer support and no response!

Update: I was connected with Brett Powell, Service Parts Manager, for Bradford White. He was very considerate of what had occurred and offered to send me two additional parts for no charge. Brett restored my faith in @bw_waterheaters

The @bw_waterheaters website says “At BradfordWhiteParts.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.” It is clear that the goal of customer service is to satisfy themselves and not the customer. I will never purchase from this company again.
