It sucks cause it's constant troubleshooting, constant figuring something out that takes precious time away from the only thing I wanna fucking do. It comes with benefits, but stop pretending it's smooth sailing. It just fucking isn't.

Tell me again how PC gaming sucks? Better framerate, better graphics, free online, can play how and where you want, mods, multiple store fronts, DRM free games, unlimited customization, longer hardware support.

A U.S. congressman wants to change how we legally “own” video games. Rep. Ritchie Torres has announced plans to introduce the Power To The Players Act, a bill that would direct the FTC to create rules protecting consumers who buy video games. The proposal would give players three basic rights: >The right to own the games they purchase, rather than simply receiving a revocable license >The right to keep playing games after online servers are shut down, through an offline mode >The right to transfer or resell games they own Torres argues that if a company can take a game away simply by shutting down its servers, then the consumer didn’t really buy the game in the first place. Torres also hopes the legislation could eventually establish a precedent for ownership rights across other parts of the digital economy: “If you pay for it, you own it.”

never bought the perception that dmc was this insane combo-heavy series when you have to break the game in half to pull off a combo that lasts longer than 3 seconds before dmc5

This is actually interesting. A man moves on with his life, maintains such a great relationship with his ex-wife that he even officiates her wedding, and other men call him a cuck for it? 😂 THE SAME MEN who would yap about masculinity, emotional strength, and being secure in-

I'm adding to the port some QoL improvements that I did a couple of months ago for the original game. -16:9 -Control the camera with the mouse -Some graphics tweaks that are usually handled by pcsx2 like texture resolution and antialiasing -Also look at the shadows lol

Spider-Man 2 is getting closer to a native PC experience. SM2 Recomp aims to bring the original Xbox version of Spider-Man 2 to PC through recompilation. Project: sm2-recomp.app Latest progress: - 480p to 4K resolution support - Aspect ratios up to 32:9 - Keyboard and mouse support - Save/load system working - Cheats and early texture mod support - Ongoing graphics, audio and performance fixes Coming next:Uncapped FPS, native Vulkan rendering, upscaled textures, improved mouse controls, and expanded mod support. The project is still in development, with bugs and performance issues remaining. Want to know how to play it? Check the comments for more details.

This is actually insane. 😭🔥 Spider-Man 2’s traversal logic and physics have been reverse-engineered and turned into a GTA V mod. Left: Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Right: the same traversal running inside GTA V. And Opus 5.5 did most of the heavy lifting, with some 6.1-Sol work
