Distinguished sir, as a proud titleholder in the Katsina Emirate, I stand firmly with His Royal Highness, Sarkin Katsina. The same Google search you recommend records his demand for stronger action against insecurity under Buhari in May 2019. That record deserves acknowledgement. Remember, You supported Atiku to succeed Buhari after eight years of northern presidency; today, you insist that fairness requires eight years for the South. You owe the public an explanation of that shift before presenting another person’s changed assessment as evidence of ethnic prejudice. His remarks in 2022 are open to scrutiny. So are yours. Neither places his concerns today beyond consideration. Praying for a President’s success does not surrender the right to demand accountability. Sarkin Katsina has every reason to speak when his people face insecurity. Apply the same standard, Senator. Answer the substance of his concerns. Our people need protection, and their suffering deserves more than insinuations about their Emir’s motives. May Allah protect our communities and guide our leaders.

In 2022,a Northern Traditional ruler prayed for Buhari, praised him and told him that insecurity in the North was the handiwork of his political opponents. In 2026,that same Traditional ruler is not blaming the “political opponents” of Tinubu, but blaming the ‘failure’

The arrest of Nasir El-Rufai by the SSS in Anambra if true is another blot on our democracy, coming after yesterday's failed frame up.

Innalillahi wa’ina ilaihirrajiun 🥺💔 Share her beautiful Qur’an recitation, so the reward may reach her grave. She died trying to save her younger sibling who had fallen into the water. May Allah make the Qur’an intercede for her. Ameen.

I need a volunteer in Minna to come and talk to our female students (JSS1 to SS3) about female hygiene, gender-based violence and maltreatment of the girl-child on monday October 12, 2026 to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child. Female only talk shop. Kindly retweet. 🙏

You might add well arrest us all! But Tinubu Must Go!

ʿĀ’ishah (رضي الله عنها) said: “I used to perform ghusl, along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, from one vessel. We would both take water from it.” This narration appears alongside the description of the Prophet’s ﷺ ghusl. Explanation: This Hadith demonstrates that a husband and wife may use the same container of water for purification. The statement: “We would both take water from it” means that both of them would use water from the same vessel. It does not mean that they necessarily bathed simultaneously in the exact same physical place. Rather, the important point is that one vessel of water could be used by both spouses. Important lessons; Water does not become impure merely because another person has used it for purification. A husband and wife can use the same water. Islam does not prohibit spouses from sharing a water container for ghusl. The Hadith also shows the close relationship between the Prophet ﷺ and ʿĀ’ishah رضي الله عنها.

Hadith No:32/430. Umdatul Ahkam. (The chapter on Ghusl from Janabah) Narrated by ʿĀ’ishah (رضي الله عنها): “When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ghusl because of janābah, he would wash his hands, then perform ablution as he performed ablution for prayer. Then he would run his fingers through his hair until he thought that the water had reached his skin. Then he would pour water over his head three times, and then wash the rest of his body.” Explanation: This Hadith gives us a practical description of the Prophet’s ﷺ method of ghusl from janābah. The procedure mentioned is: Wash the hands first. This is an act of cleanliness before beginning the main purification. Perform wudu. The Prophet ﷺ would perform an ablution similar to the wudu performed for prayer. Ensure that water reaches the roots of the hair. He would run his fingers through his hair so that water could reach the scalp. This is particularly important where hair is thick. Pour water over the head three times. The three pours ensure that the head and hair are thoroughly wet. Wash the entire body. Water must reach the whole body. Ghusl is not merely taking an ordinary shower. The purpose is ritual purification, and the whole body must be reached by water.

Hadith No:31/430. Umdatul Ahkam. (The chapter on Ghusl from Janabah/impurity) A very important chapter. Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه said: “The Prophet ﷺ and I are on one of the roads of Madinah while I was in a state of janabah. I slipped away from him, went and performed

Hadith No:28/430. Umdatul Ahkam. (The chapter on Madhy and other matters) Aishah رضي الله عنها, the Mother of the Believers, reported: “A child was brought to the Prophet ﷺ and the child urinated on his garment. He called for water and poured/followed it over the place where the urine was, and he did not wash the garment in the usual manner.” Explanation: This Hadith supports the ruling mentioned in the previous Hadith. The Prophet ﷺ was sitting with or holding a young child when the child urinated on his clothing. Instead of becoming angry, he simply called for water and purified the affected area. The Hadith teaches: - Urine is a najasah (impurity) that requires purification. - A Muslim should not become unnecessarily angry when a small child causes such an accident. - Islamic purification has specific rulings for different circumstances. - The Prophet ﷺ taught purification practically through his actions. The narration of Umm Qays in Hadith 27 makes the condition particularly clear: the boy had not yet started eating food.

The Prophet ﷺ did not treat it in the same manner as ordinary washing of a garment. Instead, he sprinkled water over the affected area. There are other authentic narrations that clarify this ruling, including the distinction between the urine of a breastfed boy and girl. Scholars discuss the details of this ruling, but the important point from this Hadith is that the Sunnah specifically establishes a lighter method of purification for the urine of a nursing boy who has not started eating food. It also shows the Prophet’s ﷺ patience and gentleness. The child accidentally urinated on his clothing, yet the Prophet ﷺ dealt with the situation calmly.
