Not to be hyperbolic but the amount of stuff teachers/leaders are asked to do in the first WEEK of term is an actual crime. Ex analysis, phone calls, do this online training, sign this, order this, subject action plan, meet this person, organise LM meetings, on top of teaching.

I'm absolutely astonished at the number of people who don't know that Israel has been occupying Palestine since 1948 in breach of international law. Do they not teach you anything at school or university? Do you not read newspapers, or books occasionally? Jesus!
