@USCIS @VFSGlobal Open any number of cases to address visa scheduling and fees issue in the portal, never receive any helpful response. Now only a week left to 365 days of MRV fees paid for 5 people for USA tourist visa and they say its going to expire and i lose my money. But was there any slots available to book even for far future - NO. Why should i lose my money for something that was never available. Who are the right people and department to address this? Genuinely need help. ITs not a small amount to let go.

@vfsglobalcare I Understand when you say vfsglobalcare has no control. But when I paid the visa fees i received confirmation/acknowledgment email from vfsglobal. Then how is it that vfsglobal has no clue or is not able to help me in this regard.

@etihad #4. If it is Etihad rule I really would like to get a very logical answer to my question. With just one cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg that too with a laptop esp a woman who needs personal handbag for lot of reasons, How do you expect cabin baggage only 7 kg.

@etihad #3. Where Etihad counter is handled by Air India staff. It cannot be a coincidence that they let me carry both cabin baggage and personal handbag from JFK and AUH. And they let my husband carry cabin baggage and laptop bag from Jeddah was our luck.

@etihad #2. My personal handbag and cabin baggage. I am not allowed to carry both. Why is that same airline allows cabin baggage and personal bag if you are traveling from JFK or Abu Dhabi or Jeddah but not from Bangalore. How is it Etihad rule ? Or is it Bangalore airport where Etihad

@etihad # 1. Don't know if I should blame Etihad or Bangalore Airport. Traveled from JFK-AUH-CCJ did not face anytrouble. Carried 2 checked in baggage, 1 cabin baggage along with women's personal bag. Now I am returning to JFK from Bangalore via AUH. And I have to chose between
