We want to get back to doing the work we love. We are ready to get back to bargaining and have asked the AMPTP to return to the table. They have declined.

@sagaftra @albinokid This is seriously crazy😮 Do the studio’s don’t understand they have kind of “lost the battle” here?
@sagaftra We haven't been on strike for two whole weeks and we already asked to sit back down at the table? That's not a good look. More and more I think this strike is just one big dog and pony show. If the WGA wasn't on strike SAG-AFTRA would have signed a deal already.
@sagaftra I’m sorry but I find this hard to believe. Why would they decline? Makes zero sense.
@sagaftra Always a greedy few at the top holding the rest back. Don’t give up 🫡
@sagaftra why not partner with wga, pga, dga, etc. and just start your own non-profit streaming service & subsequent production company? if the problem is the middle men... eliminate them. ..more money for the performers, creators and laborers, without the profit sucking overlords.
@sagaftra That’s so nice of the studios to want to meet with them to negotiate your pay and terms so Cinema can continue forward.
@sagaftra Y’all should think about how to write more realistic conversation dialogue not these autism styled conversation you have in movies & tv shows…notice how podcasts are gaining over last few years?
@sagaftra These rich studio execs are as greedy as record labels, this is like LOONA’s or FIFTY FIFTY’s situation.
