To grow your legs you don’t have to do barbell squats!! Don’t stress about it, just do dumbbell squats, leg press, and lunges with dumbbells!! Want to grow your butt bigger focus on hit thrusters and lunges either with the smith machine or dumbbells!!

Honestly I been going through a lot this past month and I think it’s time to delete all social media or go ghost for awhile, feel like I’m at my lowest rn and all keep doing is being nice to people to try to make myself feel better but really it’s just making my situation worse
