@AirtelNigeria please don’t let us start this drama all over again. I renewed my home WiFi subscription yesterday and the network has been absolutely terrible. Usually, this sort of terrible connection happens in the last 7 days of the subscription. Please fix this

@AirtelNigeria Thank you for the reply…..the service is better as I mentioned in the DM with proof, although it could be better. Have a great day

There’s this issue I’m facing with my 50Mbps unlimited data subscription with @AirtelNigeria. Once the subscription is a week from expiring, the speed is throttled and I’m lucky to get speeds of 5Mbps on a good day.

It’s a service I’ve paid for, so why are you withholding the full service. @AirtelNigeria @fccpcnigeria I would appreciate if you go through this thread and help me find a solution to this daylight robbery I’m experiencing

This is not a network issue, because my neighbors are on the same subscription and we don’t experience this issue at the same time because our expiration dates are at least a week apart, so I will not accept that excuse @AirtelNigeria

Now, I work in a cloud environment and I need high speed internet to stay connected. Tbh, I would have opted for the MTN fiber network but it’s not available in my location but I digress. I’ve noticed this pattern for 3 consecutive months and I need an explanation @AirtelNigeria
