I went to the opening outdoor concert (makaya mccraven) in 2021 and last summer/this summer seeing how the indoor and outdoor spaces interact is so fascinating. they've just bottled up the chicago street fest experience on an industrial ruin
salt shed really is thriving. I want to go to that whole festival in July, their booking and their experience--for guests and artists alike--is tops. easily the most successful chicago venue launch [since..thalia? lol]. such a rich understanding of what ppl want out of concerts
