“Terrible experience with @BatikAirMY. Paid for 20kg extra baggage, but they only checked hand-carry weight at the gate and fined me 350 MYR -despite my checked bag having 9kg free. Feels like a scam. What’s the point of a budget airline if they charge like this? #BatikAir”
