I am tired of iOS 13 dictation trying to turn everything I dictate in Spanish into English when it is on the Spanish keyboard! That is only one frustration with iOS 13.

How does Facebook know it is me when reinstalling the app on iOS? (I understood that deleting an app deleted all of the data with it.) I don’t use FB login anywhere, no apps. Is my iPhone fingerprinted THAT well?.

@reneritchie Or the fact that you cannot download all of your documents from iCloud even though the phone/iPad has more space than the computer.

@waltmossberg In Chile & Argentina Google Maps is the only way; Apple maps search takes you to Europe. Visiting the USA Apple Maps was fantastic. Really good and reliable. In Australia it is reasonable but not sure I would use it exclusively.

I’ve never seen a picture of an airplane ‘slicing’ through clouds before… so cool!

Being in infosec for so long takes its toll. I've come to the conclusion that if you give a data point to a company, they will eventually sell it, leak it, lose it or get hacked and relieved of it. There really don't seem to be any exceptions, and it gets depressing.

@thenickguy @marcoarment @atpfm Yep. My iPhone X has a noticeable scratch on the screen even though I’ve treated it with kid gloves. First time ever with any iPhone.
