$META is following Google’s 2014 playbook. Meta just announced a 2-for-1 split-equivalent stock distribution, but there’s an interesting twist. Instead of splitting existing shares, Meta is creating a new class of non-voting shares. Google did something very similar in 2014. Why does this matter? • Meta can raise capital for AI investments. • Zuckerberg retains his voting control. • Existing shareholders receive one new Class C share for each share they own. The interesting part? $GOOG and $GOOGL still trade as separate share classes today. Meta is now preparing to do something similar.

The projected improvements are impressive: • 10x faster design validation • Up to 50% faster infrastructure deployment • Up to 30% more AI token output in the first year These are modeled estimates, not guaranteed results. The bigger opportunity? Getting AI data centers operational faster means companies can start generating revenue sooner. $VRT

$PLTR rallied 4.7% today. Palantir’s new partnership with Knox Systems aims to accelerate AI deployments across U.S. federal agencies. The bigger opportunity? Making it easier for government agencies to adopt AI at scale. Now the question is how quickly these partnerships translate into revenue.
