I often hear the excuse, "I don't have time." Lack of time is lack of priorities. Get priorities, and you'll gain time soon after.

Is your day controlling you or you controlling your day? Plan ahead so that you're not being "reactive" (reacting to everything around you).
What is the ONE thing that's going to make you feel like you've been productive today? Do THAT thing first before anything else today!
Like coach Wooden said, you can't give 110% tomorrow to make up for your 90% today. You can only give up to 100%, so give it 100% each day!
