Legacy Ethiad aircrafts (VT-AEN) in this case, has the worst Business Class cabin I’ve ever seen. Even legacy AI 777s Business Classes are better than this. Badly need AI350 in LHR-BOM asap.

Shoutout to the @British_Airways staff at Zurich airport for handling the chaos of flight cancellations and rebooking me to another flight tomorrow in an extremely efficient manor. The BA staff at ZRH has shown the highest level of professionalism. I love @British_Airways

Due to the 1.5 hrs delay of AI128 from LHR and just one ONE security transfer at BOM , I missed my Bangalore connection. I arrived at the gate at 6:25 am for AI2603 and staff told me the gate is closed for 6:40 am departure. @airindia - I missed my important meeting. Please ans.

Extremely disappointed to find this pre-historic aircraft (VT-ALP) in LHR-BOM route (AI128). @airindia - If you are not bringing nice ex-Ethiad’s aircrafts in this route, I’ll take Emirates for the next trip.

Guess why @NHSuk has such a long waiting list! Because they book 30 mins for a 2 mins telephonic appointment and 45 mins for a 5 mins face to face appointment! Now I leave it to your imagination what do they do rest of the time!

Bye Bye @British_Airways - This was my last flight with world’s worst airlines - I lost 23 hours in 3 days due to flight delay for a trip of 2hrs 20 mins each way
