@airfrance dear airfrance ,I have two vouchers for my parents expiring this year. My mother had cancer and undergoing treatment which she cannot use voucher for sure. I requested to change it to my name and duration so I can travel and help her. But support say it’s not possible

#AirFranceklm #AirFrance Dear Team , I booked flight ticket (standard) for a person and unfortunately she got infected by cancer and as per ticket condition she is not eligible for refund. But is there a chance to provide refund as she have surgery planned before departure date.

Hi @airindiain - Could this request be checked.Waiting for the refund for more than a year.Refund amount was not credited and the bank clearly said no-dues/amount received from the transaction id you provided.What else is needed to prove we didnt get refund?

HI @airindiain - 11 Months am waiting for the refund. The transaction id which you have provided saying the amount is refunded was not in the bank logs. bank said no entries. Please transfer the refund to my new bank details which i sent in email.
