I for one, want to be ready, at all times. The Pharisees and Sadducees did not recognize fulfilled prophecies at Jesus’ first coming. I don’t want to be blind when the prophecies of the second coming start being fulfilled. Wake up Body of Christ.

However, the Church needs to step up. The spiritual warfare is INSANELY intense. How do I know? Look at what’s happening in the physical! Biblical prophecies are being fulfilled. Is your lamp and oil prepared? Will you be able to recognize what prophecies are being fulfilled?

Everytime I think about it, I just want to cry. Tears fill my eyes. Fear fills my head and heart. Anxiety builds. But then, I remember, I have JESUS. My hope. My comfort. My perfect peace. God is SOVEREIGN and makes all things good. There is purpose. A plan for His glory.

Many of us walked away from God at some point. Many of us decided to do our own thing instead of obeying His word at some point. We can’t write someone off when they make a mistake because Jesus never did that to us.

2021: Replacing what I think I know about Jesus and the Bible with who He really is and what the Word actually says. Only then can I live out the will of my Father, be transformed by the Holy Spirit, and truly learn what the Bible REALLY means and what is truly asked of me.

When you read the Bible do you place the context onto others, yourself, OR read it to understand God? I’ve been guilty in the past of being like “yes God that’s for a, b, c” or apply the WRONG context for my life. Remember, there are always two spirits at work.
