Rio2 traded down briefly but then market remembered it’s one of the most obvious gold trades out there given operational upside is simply not priced in. Will re-rate a lot more in 2026 unless there’s a big gold rug-pull. I think I don’t own enough when I scan portfolio.

I’ve never seen a better debits and credits guy than good ol’ @michaelbhorner. Truly an accounting maestro. But seriously, very happy that the current team got this sale across the line, to diversify my holdings. And thankful to Mr. Cronin @croninpd for teeing it all up in 2018.

$ADT.AX met up with Mike Horner tonight. The following is my recollection of the conversation and is possibly wildly inaccurate. - Adriatic will raise money quarterly, - Adriatic will sell the company for 3x….no, 5x(!) NPV, - Horner just trades his PA most days.

$ADT.AX - growing pains but getting there. Mike H said last fall that $10m a month sales rate was breakeven so $33m in Q1 supports Laura’s CF+ statement. Couple things to iron out but they’re getting close to generating good $. Just hoping for a Q2 that really builds off this.

One of my favourite developments of the year, note this is a private co though. My biggest hope always with juniors, aside from potentially having something good on their hands to begin with, is simply that the projects get worked. Chu-Sarysu is going to get a big budget. 👍
