@mlkhattar sahab had explained the "HUDA" once, Harassment Until Death of Allottee, and proved it. Just name changed, style of working is same, Gift of Shamshan Ghat given to allottees by HSVP, without development and offer of possession. @HsvpHaryana @HsvpFaridabad @cmohry
