After a 1 hour and 47 minutes conversation, we @Paytmcare ensured me a call back in 5mins with a solutions , over 7 hours have passed, NO SOLUTION. WORST SERVICE EVER @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets @PaytmBank

After 50mins Anshul comes on line , asking me to cool down while I have been standing here for 50mins, waiting for his to come on the line @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets @PaytmMall @PaytmBank I WILL NOT TAKE A 12am bus unless Paytm ensures my safety . How will refund my hotel?

Standing at Majnu Ka Tila at 10:15 waiting since 9:20 for my bus booked via @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel . No idea where the bus is, no support for Paytm, have been on hold for 25mins. Is this the service we pay for? @Paytm shame
