@vancleefarpels Today was my 10th anniversary, I got to your yorkdale location at 11 am, waited till 1 PM to get in and buy earrings for my wife. I couldn't. Appreantly, you guys were fully booked and you cant buy if you dont have an appointment. Terrible service, no empathy

Bank of Canada posted their first ever deficit last year. They usually remit @ 2 billion a year to Govt coffers but suffered a loss of 6 billion. They don’t expect surplus for another 2 years.
