With Talkpool $TALK.ST delivering strong performance in Q1 2025, they has issued guidance for revenues to reach €40 million by 2030—implying a compound annual growth rate of 16.8%—while expanding its EBITDA margin from today’s 11% to 14%. The stock is still trading at around 4× EV/EBIT. Over the past few years, the company has executed its “Reduce-to-the-Max” program—aggressively cutting costs and divesting non-core, underperforming operations. Having completed that restructuring Talkpool is now returning to growth. Management has confirmed discussions with a major U.S. fiber-optic network operator, potentially paving the way for a U.S. market entry, and is also evaluating a comeback in Sweden.
