The personal touch, but it's also important to know what you're doing. Having the ability to leverage new-age technology to create that personal connection is going to be the critical skill to have.

A4 Wealth managers that were able to connect with their clients on a personal level (beyond just a financial relationship) were the winners. While those that did not have the human touch had trouble keeping clients calm. #WWR19
