Hey, @UPS we haven't had a pickup the past 2 days. We are a regularly scheduled pickup for nearly 40 years and have 100s of lbs of packages (not possible to drop off at a #UPS store) sitting here. Phone calls to Addison, IL go unanswered. What is happening?!?

Do all car rental agencies cheat their clients? I feel like it's a bait and switch they pull, especially #Avis. Ended up with a Chevrolet Trax, which is classified as a Compact SUV, while Avis considers it an Intermediate SUV. Yeah right! 😠
