Today is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day. Baking is a great way to relieve stress and spend time with family and friends.

It's the start of a new month. That means a fresh start and new opportunities. Set goals, be productive, and stay substance free.

It's National Soccer Day! Sports are a great way to stay away from harmful substances. They benefit not only physical health, but mental health too. Participating in a sport can teach you leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills. Remember to stay substance free!

Choose to shine and be a light in other's lives. Don't forget to live substance free.

Many teens abuse substances as a coping mechanism for mental or emotional pain. Here are a few alternatives to using substances. If you find yourself struggling with your mental health, reach out to a trusted adult or SAMHSA’s National Helpline, 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
