Here's what I'm getting at when I say that IN AGGREGATE bondholders have negative cash flows. For most of modern history, cash flows have always been positive (below 1 in the chart below). These tend to flip negative in recent history during recessions, but trend back to 1.

Fresh new Disney themed macro update! Fed Z Tables published for Q2 puts us at 3.33 for (Stocks + RE)/(Cash +Bonds) for US households. Peak bubble is 3.5. Estimating EOY using rate of growth for each asset class puts us at $SPX 5700 and 3.43. Full bubble by EOY is $SPX 5900.

As we await the Fed rate decision this week, it's important to put it into context. First is the chart I use to get a feel for macroeconomic conditions. It plots the YoY percent change of 1) US deficit, 2) M2 broad money, 3) CPI (inflation), 4) Nominal GDP, and 5) Wages. 🧵

Water is more important for cooling DGX SuperPODs than it is for people to use for living. I don’t get why all these people need this water anyways. Who cares? I’d much rather have a sexy waifu chatbot than sewage or drinking water that doesn’t come in a plastic Nestle bottle.
