@giseokseu @_Knowledge_07 It was taboo until very recently to depict white women “of a certain class” as anything other than virtuous maidens. Carrie was seen as trashy for doing this. Mean Girls distorts bullying to the point of satire in deference to it. Bullying was way worse than this back then.

@CS11__ Andor is the best Star Wars story & it’s not even close. In 1 season we see what life is like under the Imperial thumb at ground level across multiple planets. We see bureaucracy enabling a fascistic treatment of everyone as a consumable resource, especially the “patriots.” etc

@sapphodil_write I’ll give it a shot ::I put on my robe and wizard hat:: Is that… futhark & elvish runescript on the buttons? Maybe Imperial Standard for the time. Zero clue what Mralma is but I’m feeling lucky: Klingon. I think it says “speak friend and enter.” 🫠

@BasedLEDA Re:Creators, a criminally slept on & buck-wild anime original from Troyca w/ Soundtrack by Hiroyuki Sawano & it’s arguably some of his most iconic work. What many consider the original “Sawano Drop” occurs in a badass scene at the beginning of episode 1. Highly recommended.

@Shonenannime Ah, the tragedy of Grimgar. An excellent light novel series that was adapted beautifully by a studio that then went broke, causing the anime to become stuck in licensing limbo… Then the series author seemingly lost all direction, volumes were spent on storylines meaning nothing.

@StarRailVerse1 bro we rising together

@UFOdecoded I assure you, these clips did not spook any Congressional Reps. - none of the ones we consider to have an above room temperature IQ. -or- Hey guys! Check out what I made in Microsoft Clip Studio!

@skillz17q @monaco43924 AFAIK the concept of Reptilians/shape-shifting reptilian aliens is due to a guy like this who made a HUGE & frankly very entertaining website on the Old Internet. It had pics where the alien’s disguise “slipped” circled, but they were just compression & digitization artifacts.

@skillz17q @monaco43924 There is a certain type of person who for some reason seems to only parse faces in broad strokes. Among these folks is subgroup (but no women, in my experience) who become convinced the similarities they see are proof that everyone is played by an actor, or an actor themselves.

@realericmoutsos @TuckerCarlson Hooooo-whee, I bet Tucker’s replies today are super duper normal

@Lee_Vertisce @LuciousMuffins @AwakenWithJP So, this will be right before the midterm elections. What do you think the odds are of Trump & the Republicans dragging the nation back to war if the Iranians play hardball? Will Trump just nuke ‘em? Does that ONLY lead to a major win, or will the Republicans sweep every race?

@dschnepp60 @AwakenWithJP Dude just go bet money on it if you really believe that. Post proof you have & folks who see this won’t giggle at you. Or perhaps you don’t believe? This is what happens when religion & politics join hands. Folks just lie about the most obvious things & treat it like a virtue.

@jennaplt @lauren_w67 This is just 1 aspect: paramedics aren’t insured for that, so if it goes sideways the employer assumes 100% liability. During my lifetime it wasn’t unheard of for rescuers to be sued. That’s why Good Samaritan laws were passed, but they don’t apply to professional duties.

@DNIGabbard Reminds me of when I have nuclear farts. If I know I’ve got to squeeze off a ripe one, but I don’t want to smell it? I blast that stinker on my way out the door, just like Tulsi. (Also an excellent way to avoid suspicion & consequences!)

@CarnacMAG @McFaul The IRGC (& the terrorists they finance) + the NEW, younger ayatollah who “miraculously” survived the attack that killed his father have just been handed: $300 billion, international legitimacy, a free pass for the thousands slaughtered during the protests Trump encouraged… Bruh

@NeuroKhan @McFaul @JoJoFromJerz Iranians: we demand democracy & freedom! Trump: Have no fear! Take your country back, America will help. Ayatollah, IRGC et al: [slaughter thousands] US (weeks later): blow up everything (+1 school), regime won’t surrender? Give up & pay hundreds of billions to regime&IRGC. Win!

@ChaosAgent_42 The excuse I enjoyed the most was “Antifa saboteurs with a bucket”

@Skylady1963 @PenguinSix If it was so easy to sabotage - as well as get away clean afterwards - shouldn’t there have been some preventative measures taken to preserve this multimillion-dollar investment? Kinda feels like a very basic step of the process, but what do I know?

@emrey35 @atrupar Indeed, while the 60-day period is a concession, it is ultimately a fig leaf. One need only glance at a calendar to conclude that U.S. politicians aren’t going to restart this wildly unpopular war right before the midterms. Lots of stupid politicians, but VERY few that dense.

@CharlyDisashe @atrupar If anyone was wondering: Republicans, conservatives, right-wingers, &c: yall could also jump in to say Obama was legally qualified & duly elected. It would be an awesome gesture & a breath of fresh air - really! Feel free to ask grok - I can’t. It agrees with us, though.

@DisrespectedThe @Whiplash437 No, this is not true. Barack Obama was born August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hawaii officials have repeatedly confirmed his original birth certificate on file. The long-form document released in 2011 is authentic. The image is from a 2016 FOX10 Phoenix segment on Sheriff

@CharlyDisashe @atrupar To be clear, anyone is welcome to prove or disprove the assertion of Trump et al - that Obama was not born in the U.S., - now or at any time. You can DM it, or send it to a reporter / outlet you trust. This has always been true, yet no evidence has ever emerged.
