Ini namanya Growth Mindset, simple nya gini: Pernah ga, baru nyoba sesuatu terus langsung mikir "aku emang ga bakat di sini." Padahal baru sekali nyoba, atau bahkan baru buka tutorialnya doang? Itu bukan tanda kamu ga mampu. Itu cuma tanda hal ini "baru" buat kamu. Coba ganti kalimatnya jadi "ini masih baru buat aku." Kedengerannya sepele, tapi otak jadi punya ruang utk belajar, bukan langsung nutup diri. Ga perlu langsung jago. Cukup mulai satu hal kecil, nanti pelan2 jadi terbiasa. Dengan begitu otak jadi punya ruang utk belajar, bukan langsung nutup diri.
Stop automatically thinking you're bad at things. Replace the thought with "This is new to me". Give your brain the space to learn instead of shut down.
