Most effective way to manage your spending and grow your wealth. THREAD 1. Open up an Excel or Google Sheets table, and note down each individual purchase you make every day for a week, and what you spent it on. Keep a running total. e.g. 6/4 £11 - Sainsbury's £7 - Uber

‘Being intuitive’ is often an excuse for laziness. Keep track of your spending - “oh I know how much I’m spending intuitively” Monitor how much you eat - “nah I know how many calories I’m having each day. I just use my intuition.” So why are you overweight and broke? 🧐

Thread of some the best advice I've received. Will keep adding to it day by day. Give them a go and see if they work for you. 1. Don't sleep near your phone - removes temptation of jumping straight onto social media after waking up. If possible, have it in a separate room

@billsretreat @CutSideline @RonWilliamsTips @EliteBettingSyn How many points down for the last month/3 months/year though?

@MarkHol33968716 @truthseekerisb1 @CutSideline @RonWilliamsTips @EliteBettingSyn @thetipsterjudge @oconnortipster His figures for Jan are also a lie. If you take into account the fact his best odds are not always possible to achieve the month would have been around breakeven. Even if there was a small profit the £45 membership fee would take you into a loss

@MarkHol33968716 @truthseekerisb1 @CutSideline @RonWilliamsTips @EliteBettingSyn @thetipsterjudge Colin O'connor who's under @oconnortipster. I'm blocked by him, Ron, tipster judge and elite betting syndicate. All run by the same 2 people

@Robglfc4881 @RonWilliamsTips @MarkHol33968716 Nope. If you've followed his tips every day for the last month, 3 months, 6 months or one year, you'll have lost money. That is a fact.

Two more losers for @RonWilliamsTips today. 28 days in February and only 4 of them have been winning days. If I paid £45/mth for tips, I'd expect a bit more than one winning day per week!!

@RonWilliamsTips He conveniently deleted his tweet from earlier that showed how many tips he had after they all ran like donkeys. Can we stop pretending this guy is a genius? @TipstersReview @thetipsterjudge according to his bio you recommend him as the #1 UK tipster. Might wanna review!

Another winner for @RonWilliamsTips today with Maori Knight winning at 5/2! Unfortunately this was the only one of his SEVEN tips that won today. All the others lost bar one 6/1 place. If you staked £10/pt you'd have bet £90 today and got back £57. Stop giving this cunt money

@RonWilliamsTips has sent out 90 tips this month to his members. 67 of them have lost. That's some going. I don't have a clue about horse racing (which is why i don't offer tips on it), but I reckon I could do better than that just by picking at random

@MarkHol33968716 @truthseekerisb1 @waynos12 @RonWilliamsTips Ron has had one winning day since February 4th. Imagine paying for tips every day for 3 weeks and only making money on ONE day 🤣 he's now 50pts down for the month btw. 4 days to go - let's see if he can hit 60
