the board came back yesterday afternoon on its own. It's one of those things, you know. Thanks for your patience.

The board seems inoperative. I’m at work and I don’t know when I can deal with it. Text me if you like. I get back to you as soon as possible.

And the board is back. The house elves must have been busy all night.

Tech Support relied to the Support Ticket. The ModSecurity rules have been changed. They're investigating the problem. I hoped that meant they fixed it, but it doesn't look like it, and I just walked in the door and feel too lazy to clear my browser cache (for the 200th time).

Submitted a ticket. We shall see where this leaved. Hopefully it leads into the light and not a firing squad.

Still no joy. The software has been beating me up all morning. I deployed the nuclear option but the board still isn;t running. It's about time to call the hosting company again. but I need a break. I'm almost convinced that it's not ENTIRELY the software. I skipped a ride.

I re-installed the software and it's definitely not working. I'm posting updates on twitter. Consider this a vacation from slan, I suppose. If I can't get satisfaction from my tech support I guess I'll have to go with the nuclear option and wipe the site.

I'll chat with my provider tomorrow afternoon.
