@nepu87 @LetsReadIndia @TPCGlobe Anup,you are exactly in my shoes. You were charged 600. My family was charged Rs.2090 and they promised to send by Air. Finally, a damaged consignment reached me by road after 6days. We opted for Air mode only cos it was food items. TPC doesn't care to deliver with care.

@LetsReadIndia @TPCGlobe @TPCGlobe Showing some figures through excel can be done by anyone. Why all this drama?TPC can't do a proper delivery with care & ends up putting all this extra unwanted info when you cannot keep up your word. Not even 1% professional.I haven't received any reply to my complaint.

@TPCGlobe Change it to Delivering "Unhappiness"&"disconnecting" distances.For the pathetic and useless service you people do, we will never courier again.U only aim at lying to customers, sending late consignments with no care at all for our valuables, and not bothered to revert to queries

@TPCGlobe @SushreePani2 @TPCGobe I faced a similar issue like Sushree Pani.I rang up the Cochin office on Nov 28 and Ms. Leena (in-charge) said she will confirm about mode of consignment from origin and revert. I didn't receive a single call from her & she was talking non-stop without letting me talk.

@TPCGlobe Dock#21559553.I had emailed all your offices through which the consignment has touched as transit on Dec 3. Is TPC planning to give a solution for my damaged consignment or not? No revert from any of the offices!😡Is this a professional way of handling our concerns?

I had sent an email the same day.The consignment arrived in a damaged state, mentioning all whom I had contacted from Day1. TPC should attend to our issues asap as it was your team's blunder

@TPCGlobe Pathetic & Miserable Service-Dock#21559553.They say they care for our valuables on their website but they follow the opposite. Paid for Air but my consignment from Kerala was sent by Road. Received items in Mumbai after 6days in a terrible & damaged condition as below😡
