@virginmedia no words for the service I am getting from you. I will 100% be cancelling my direct debit if this level of service continues. I’m fed up of speaking to you and getting fobbed off. When my contract finishes. You are a customer down.

Pretty sure a large company such as @TiffanyAndCo should have some kind of warranty on their jewellery considering how expensive it is. I shall be re-thinking where my future jewellery is coming from.

Bought a beauty advent calendar for £130 from Look Incredible to find that they have duplicated the number 21 inside. There’s no box for number 22. Contacted them. Sent photos a few weeks ago to just be ignored….shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs. @Lookincredible1

@wowcher @wowcher_Support i will never buy from your website again. Bought a voucher for my mum for a spa day which she hasn’t been able to book due to her partner becoming incredibly poorly with a brain tumour. Voucher is 5 days over the expiry and you won’t do anything to help

Well any one considering having a new front door do not go to @WeDoDoors absolutely disgusting customer service. Wait weeks and weeks for a reply via email. Been waiting nearly a year now for this to be resolved with no joy. Door just does not open and close properly. Shocking!
