Running 89 minutes/day gives $1.26 × 89/1440 ≈ $0.078/day, or $28/year—about 32 years to recover $900 before expenses. How did you get $0.45–$0.55/day? Are you assuming Bitwater mines for additional hours at lower power, or that 34 TH/s is its average across the entire day?

Funny. My 2026 Model Y is the best car I’ve ever owned, by far. Depreciation isn’t as bad in these newer models, they’re at record high in the used market, as a matter of fact. All EV’s depreciate faster than gas cars by the way. I honestly couldn’t care less, they’re the best car out in the road and it’s not even close.

@davehanson 100%. Tesla’s main feature is definitely FSD but it isn’t its only good feature. The technology stack and its mobile app in general are amazing.
