What if we've been building products backwards? The old playbook: Build the product. Product attracts users. Users create the ecosystem. What if AI flips that? Imagine an AI that learns your workflows, your edge cases, your decision patterns, months before any hardware or premium tier exists. It knows how you think. You've built a history with it. Then the "real" product launches. You're not onboarding a new tool. You're giving a relationship a new surface. That reframes everything: acquisition, retention, pricing, onboarding. The ecosystem arrives first and the product is just the next layer. The moat is the relationship, not the feature set.
