Project ready to ship. A 2400 sf walkout foundation package, fully engineered structure with R40+ effective insulation value. Once delivered to the Red Deer area site, a crew of three should have it ready for floor in under 3 days.

We Recycle EVERYTHING! The volumes of Foam we cut offer some challenges, like these 12' high stacks of scrap and cut-offs. We partner with Styro Re Cycle to process ALL trims and cut-offs with established densification technology. NOTHING to landfill.

Step 2: House Foundation in the making. Each each EPS block gets profile cut on our CNC machines into specific sections with steel size and placement ad designed by our Structural Engineers.
