Noem is scamming taxpayers. Foster children already have access to consistent resources in the form of free, fair, and universal public education. Throwing public dollars to private religious schools does not improve foster kids' situations. It only erodes public schools.

@coralhei South Dakota does not have that many private schools, so how are these funds going to help kids that have no access to any private schools. Shouldn't private schools also provide for handicapped kids, as well as special ed kids? They should not get to discriminate.
@silvercat551 @coralhei Yes and those schools cant hold everyone..plus we are so rural, whos gonna be able to get their kid there? Besides, we already have school choice. This is just a way to give state funds to religious schools
